Goodbye 2007 and Welcome 2008!

As we say goodbye to 2007 and welcome the new year, I would like to thank our employees and clients who have contributed to CityTech's success and growth in 2007. I can't say enough on how fortunate I feel to have the opportunity to work with such great people on a daily basis.

Writing to the Windows Event Viewer the Easy Way

While working with Hyperic (http://www.hyperic.com) I found that to help control the Hyperic alerting, I could write a message to the Windows Event Viewer. LOG4J (http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/index.html), has a built-in appender called NTEventLogAppender. This makes it very simple.
